Abstract: The phenomenon of globalization which has caused an unexpected rise of science and technology is an unstoppable process, which shows the superiority of the new social relations in Europe in relation to all previous systems and social relations. These relationships also promote and develop the highest social value. On the one hand, clearly affirm democracy, human rights and freedoms, and develop other social wealth, scientific and cultural achievements.
