Abstract: key determinant of creating and improving firm competitiveness. Having this in mind the relevance of effective intellectual performance management in enterprise is emphasized. Regarding that, it is necessary first to set conceptual framework of intellectual performance. Namely, there are two basic dimensions of intellectual performance in an enterprise – performance of intellectual resources and performance of usage of intellectual resources. Achieving the complete contribution of intellectual resources to creating the firm value suppose effective management of intellectual performance. In that sense conceptual framework of intellectual performance management is developed. Effective management of intellectual performance understands adequate, precise and all-inclusive measurement of intellectual performance.
