THE INFLUENCE OF THE ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE ON FORMULATION OF ENTERPRISE`S STRATEGY

Abstract: Strategic decisions of enterprise must be grounded on the analysis on human resources which disposed by the enterprise. Employee`s ability to see the connection between their and the company`s strategic objektives present incentive of positive bahavior, which will contribute to realise the kompetitive advantage and to create the value for all stakeholders of enterprise. Organisational culture, like a set of beliefs, values and ways of behaviour, influences corporate strategy and accomplishment of wanted perfromance. In this work we will first take look of the factors for formulation of strategy, in order to give the atention on the impact of organisational culture on formulation of strategy.
