Abstract: Through theoretical categorizing of the areas of organizational science into those at the micro level and those at the macro level, organizational behavior has been classified as a micro level area. However, the fact is that organizational behavior involves not only the individual and group level behavior, but also behavior at the organizational system level. In that sense, for more complete analysis of organizational behavior conent, it is necessary to have in mind its multilevel character which demands integrative approach to organizational behavior.
